Smart. Pretty. Makes things. DEFINITELY not evil.
Pigherd
Tends pigs, and sometimes cows. Smell is authentic. Owns an actual copper piece once owned by the Guard Captian of Neverwinter.

A politician. Slimy, sleazy, doubletalking, rat-bastard. Extremely good at his job.
Laborer
Ander is an assistant to Thistle, Elmar Barthen's Factor. Takes little seriously. Strong, not very smart. Has a major crush on Elsa.

Sildar Hallwinter is a retired soldier and sellsword who hails from the city of Neverwinter. Deadly reputation.

Reidoth is a Druid and self appointed protector of the area in and around Neverwinter Wood. He rarely speaks or meets with others, but he has a longstanding friendship with the Alderleaf family.
Cleric
Sister Garaele is a young elf and cleric of Tymora that looks after the Shrine of Luck in Phandalin. She is a zealous follower of the goddess of luck.
Goodwife
Mirna Dendrar, wife of the recently murdered Thel Dendrar. Also recently gone missing with her two teenaged children, Nars and Nilsa. One of few suvivors of the Burning of Thundertree.
Teenaged Fighter
Son of Thel and Mirna Dendrar. Leader of a local "militia" made up of local teens. Specifically, Nars, Pip Stonehill, and Carp Alderleaf. Every militia has to start somewhere. Currently missing after his father's murder.
Woodworker
Teenaged daughter of Thel Dendrar. Also missing shortly after her father's murder. Was apprentice woodworker in her father's shop, Dendrar Woodworking.
Farmer
Carp Alderleaf is a calm young halfling boy who longs to be an adventurer when he’s not working with his family on Alderleaf Farm. His father, Tett, left before he was born.
